3. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all business assets, materials, brand guides, and specifications you upload to the platform.

By uploading content, you grant StoryToReels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your assets solely for the purpose of delivering and rendering the video generation services to you.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to generate or distribute any content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any other malicious software.
  • Attempts to bypass or abuse the API usage limits of our integrated services.

5. Fees and Subscriptions

Some features of the platform are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan (Starter, Growth, Pro) in accordance with the billing terms. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
